How much will you offer for my house?

UPSTIX will offer up to 90% of the property’s value. This is to cover all costs and associated fees in purchasing, holding and selling the property. We also take on the risk that we may sell for less than anticipated.

How do I know the offer is fair?

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

What type of properties do you buy?

We will consider buying any type of property in any condition including: leasehold, high rise, refurbishment, ex local-authority and buy-to-let. You don’t need to do any work or redecorating to your property – we take it just as it is, so you can focus on moving forward.

Do I need to complete lots of paperwork?

No, the only paperwork you need to deal with is the legal documents supplied by your solicitor.

I want a quick sale – how long will it take?

Does anybody have to know about the sale?

How quickly do I need to move out once completed?

Will I have to sign documents throughout the process?
