- Our final offer will be made to you after we have sent an estate agent to appraise your property and it’s valid for a two week period.
- The offer reflects a fair market value based on how much we believe we can sell your house for on the open market and within a reasonable timeframe. We take into account the local market, your property’s location, and its condition and size. We also evaluate the maintenance of the property and if it is in need of clearance, repair or decorating.
- Once we have bought your house you are free of any financial responsibility in the sale – we take that on so you don’t have to.
